    Registration is required for all Conference participants. For company group bookings, please request further instructions from the Registration Office.

    How to Register:

    Please create the new user account and with your e-mail address and password continue the on-line procedure. Upon submitting the Registration Form, a participant will receive automatically generated summary to your e-mail address.

    If you have co-authored and submitted any conference paper through our paper submission portal, then you must use the same username and password as you did for the paper submission.

    If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. New password will be sent to your e-mail account (please check also the spam folder).

    Otherwise you should create a new user account and follow the provided instructions.

    The virtual registration fee includes:

    • Access the full Meeting program – presentations, symposia/workshops. Create your own schedule, attend any and all lectures you want, when and where you want
    • Network with colleagues – browse a list of participants and click on their name to contact them
    • Access all the e-posters – browse research on the hottest topics in the field by colleagues from around the world
    • Visit the virtual exhibitors – explore the displayed materials, contact exhibitors directly and chat with other visitors
    • Book of Abstracts published in PDF on the conference web site

    Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

    • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

    Confirmation of registration

    Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

    Cancellations and refunds

    All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than April 20, 2021 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the Congress. Cancellation received after  April 20, 2021 will not be refunded. 

    Changes in registration

    Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 10 EUR will be charged.
